The structural characteristics of the Gate double-shaft mixer

The double-shaft mixer manufactured by Gate Heavy Industries is a new type of equipment improved on the basis of the original mixer. It is mainly used in organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers and dust collectors of thermal power plants, and can also be used in chemical metallurgy, mining, building materials and other industries. Our new twin-shaft mixer has the characteristics of high mixing efficiency, small floor area, spiral blades (blades) using high wear-resistant special alloys or composite ceramics, and long service life.

Structural characteristics of double shaft mixer:

1. The main body of the double-shaft mixer is composed of sheet metal and section steel. It is welded and formed in the manufacturing plant and assembled with other components. The shell is tightly sealed and there will be no fly ash flying out or leaking ash.
2. The water-supplying and humidity-adjusting piping is mainly composed of a nozzle, a joint and a nozzle. The nozzle is a stainless steel atomizing cone nozzle, which is arranged above the inside of the casing of the twin-shaft mixer and is arranged axially along the spiral axis direction to form a water curtain to facilitate the humidification and stirring of the material. Nozzle structure is simple, easy to replace, stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and durable. The moisture content of wet ash can be adjusted by operating the manual regulating valve on the water supply pipe of the twin-shaft mixer.
3. There are six inspection holes on both sides of the double-shaft mixer to facilitate the operator’s usual inspection and maintenance.

4. The screw shaft assembly is the main component of the dual-shaft mixer. Its components mainly include left-right rotation screw shaft, bearing housing, bearing sleeve, bearing cover, gear, sprocket, oil cup, blade and other components. The left and right rotation helical shafts require high manufacturing accuracy, good process performance, and strict coordination requirements with bearing housings, bearing sleeves and bearing covers. The gear modulus is 8, the number of teeth is 60, and the tooth angle is 20 °; the sprocket pitch is 50.8, the number of teeth is 25, and the
tooth shape is GT1224-85. The gear and sprocket are protected by a protective cover, which can operate safely and effectively. The oil cup of the double-shaft mixer is a press-fit type oil-filling cup, which is convenient and effective for filling lubricating oil. The material of the biaxial mixer blade is a composite ceramic that is resistant to abrasion and is not easy to stick to ash. The design of the blade structure is reasonable and simple, easy to replace after wear, and long service life.
