Working Principle of Organic Fertilizer Rotary Drum Dryer
Fertilizer drum drying equipment uses hot air to dry materials. When the rotary drum dryer has an angle, the wet material is fed into the hopper of the rotary drum dryer through the belt conveyor or bucket elevator from the high side.
In a rotating body, the material is mixed with hot air, which enters the rotating body from the lower side. The material is lifted by the inner lifting plate, so that the material and hot air are completely mixed and the drying efficiency is improved.
When the fertilizer dryer rotates, the dried materials are collected from the other side. As required, hot air can enter the drum dryer from the feed side or the discharge side.
